My name is Alana Mackay. I’m a music teacher with more than 35 years of experience. It has been and continues to be a privilege to work with children and adults alike in learning piano, singing, musical theatre and speech.
I am married to a wonderful man, am a mom to four grown kids, and will soon be a grandma.

When my niece asked me to teach her boys to play the piano I knew I had to come up with a plan. My great-nephews in particular are busy with everything from hockey and horse riding to homeschool and Sunday school. I knew if I wanted them to succeed at learning the piano, it had to fit into real life, and IT HAD TO BE FUN!
So I created something they could pick up on their own. No weekly scheduling. No screen time. Just a kit they could open and begin whenever it worked for them.
